Canteen food at restaurant prices - Edit
It felt like something from a university mensa, except for 15€ instead of 2€. Certainly not bad, per se, but pretty pricey for what you're getting.
Read moreAlso some of the UI on the order terminals wasn't translated to English, which seemed to give a lot of other restaurant-goers trouble. I had to translate for two different groups of American tourists, and I was only there for half an hour. Something to bear in mind if you don't speak German.

Sehr lecker und frisch, preis-Leistung absolut angemessen, die Portionen sind riesig und die Zutaten wirklich ausgewogen. Der Bestellvorgang ist etwas nervig, aber die Zubereitung geht flott.

Great vegan place next to the Frauenkirche, so perfect to stop by on your old city tour through Nürnberg. We had a coffee break here and especially enjoyed the super moist and fluffy banana bread with raspberries. The iced Americano could have been a bit stronger. But nevertheless, everything was delicious and worth a try!

On my first attempt to eat there, I ended up leaving the place. Too crowded and a not very clear ordering process. You have to order using touch screens. The second time I went there, it was at around 9 p.m, so fewer people and I managed to figure out the ordering method. The food was nice, but portions were really huge, so you really need to be very hungry. Central location.

Was ich total an Kaspar Schmauser mag, ist wie schnell alles immer abläuft.
Read moreDas Bestellkonzept ist easy und auch total modern, die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und das Gericht wird IMMER zügig serviert.
Die Bowls waren schon immer überragend! Es gibts immer wieder neue Varianten, angepasst an die Saison, oder man kann sich ganz einfach eine individuelle Bowl erstellen :)
Es gibt natürlich auch mehr als nur Bowls und das alles VEGAN!: Süße Bowls, Curries, Gebäck, Nachspeisen, Aperol, Kaffee... :D
Und noch zur Ambiente: finds sehr süß eingerichtet, geht so in die Skandinavische Richtung - klein aber fein :D

I ordered one of the vegan bowls (not sure if it was called taco or nacho bowl). The order process at the table with the QR code was a little confusing and we had to go to the register to confirm (even though we’re digital natives), so I would recommend just ordering at the register or the computers. The food arrived very quickly and everything looked amazing and fresh, but at the bottom of the bowl there was so much sauce mixed with the rice that it quickly turned into a soggy mess which wasn’t fun to eat anymore. I would also recommend to take a warm jacket. What I really enjoyed was the big lemonade with fresh ginger, and the fresh coffee. For lunch or dinner, I would choose another place next time.
