No vegan options - new owners - Edit
This is now called "Grill Our Angel House." I went here based on previous reviews but on Google, someone mentioned that there are new owners and everything changed. There are no vegan options. Very limited menu. I can usually make it work with vegan sides and appetizers, but it's not possible here, unfortunately. You can put together a meal with canned dolma and beans from the corner store.

Try the fennel pie! - Edit
They were super friendly and the whole place feels very comfy and down to earth. We had the fennel pie, fava and the stuffed vine leaves. Everything tasted great, the favourite was definitely the fennel pie. Before leaving, they gave us a treat with a semolina base, not sure what it was, but they reassured us it was vegan before we even had the chance to ask ourselves, and it's tasty!

I would give 5 stars if it was possible. - Edit
But since it is not a fully vegan/vegetarian restaurant, happy cow would let me.
Read moreThe food is delicious and priceworthy. The owner and his team is great and we just had a very fun evening full of delicious vegan food.

Delicious vegan options in Agia Pelagia - Edit
Great, owner run taverna in Agia Pelagia with cool artistic/rustic/traditional decor. Many vegan options with attentive, engaged, knowledgeable staff. We were attracted when we saw their sign that said "Eat Cretan even if you're Vegan". It turned out to be true. There were 5ish dishes that were vegan, I liked the zucchini meatballs, fava bean dish, and Cretan greens. Also a great bruschetta type dish.

Pros: Delicious Cretan food , Made with passion, Good prices
