Decent vegan "ramen" (it's udon) - Edit
Vegan "ramen" (actually udon) is clearly marked as vegan. The Thai-style broth with the vegan ramen was pretty good. It contained lots of lime juice as well as green onions, shredded carrots, and edamame. We added mushrooms for $1.99 and they were quite good. Service was completely automated. You have to place your order using a smart phone and a credit card. A fairly decent vegan option at Terminal C, near gate 80.

The ramen was very good. I didn't ask but I'm not 100% sure that the noodles were vegan so maybe ask about that in addition to requesting no egg
