Convenience store throughout the terminal with multiple locations also under different names including Abruzzo and Vanguard Markets. Usually have three options which might include a hummus wrap, fresh salad rolls, and a vegetable sushi wrap. Also offers many vegan snack foods. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-11:00pm.

Cibo

Surprisingly offers a good amount of snacks, including vegan protein bars by Misfits. Also offers less healthy (but delicious) snacks by Unreal (candy bars), “Mush” oatmeal, vegan mushroom jerky, etc. the uncrustable PB&Js are likely vegan (double check because I didn’t bother looking at or buying them) and could be an OK option if you’re desperate.

Soggy and over price, but at least it’s food

I had the Mezze wrap and I don’t know if it was sitting out all night, but it was a bit soggy. The flavors were really good, but overall not worth the 15$ if you aren’t starving like I was after my flight was delayed 3 times, then cancelled, and then waited in the customer service line for 7 hours.
It did resurrect me after no sleep for 24 hours
