Awesome Vegan Sushi

For a nonvegan sushi truck to offer a vegan sushi they obviously put effort into is incredible!

The spicy tuna roll was AWESOME. The other roll was a little lackluster but the presentation was also on point.$12 per roll.

They're obviously the new kid in town in Echo Park so I want to hype up their vegan sushi game as much as possible, I see some SERIOUS POTENTIAL with their vegan sushi.

The only thing is the inside ingredients could do with a bit more flavor, nothing a little soy sauce couldn't fix though.

VEGAN SUSHI OPTIONS!!!

Has delicious and special vegan sushi options! By looking at the menu photos on the side of the truck, wouldn’t know there would be such special vegan options. There’s plenty to love! Vegan chicken mole sushi (if they have it) blew my mind. Fresh and flavorful made to order. Just ask the chef what vegan rolls he has to offer that day and enjoy!
