Not many options

Two vegan options- vegan bean burger and hummus salad. They were out of burger tonight. So all we could have was a small salad.

Very basic, not value for money.

The menu would benefit from some fresh light lunch options. The burgers were very thick and basic. The packet sauce was necessary to provide flavour. Very basic salad. The Thai Red curry was better with "interestingly" cut vegetables some undercooked and the rice was heavily salted.

Pros: Two vegan options on main menu, Pretty stained glass art.

Cons: Expensive, No separate vegan menu

Bland vegan burger

We dined outside as per covid guidelines, lots of tables outside looking onto the square which was nice. We were on the shady side and staff came around offering blankets which was a nice idea if not entirely covid safe. I had the vegan burger with fries, which was pretty disappointing. The burger was very bland and practically tasteless. The portion of fries was very small. The salad looked like it had mayonnaise in it so we didn't go near it. The only other vegan option on the menu was a curry. I saw in a previous review here that they used to have a separate vegan menu so it's disappointing this has gone backwards.

Pros: Lots of outside seating looking onto square

Cons: Bland vegan burger, Mayonnaise on salad, Only two vegan options

Nice burger in town

They have a vegan menu on request with a starter, 2 main courses and a dessert. The burger patty is made with beetroot as well as the bun. It was good and the sweet potato fries aside were delicious. The dessert was also good and refreshing.

Pros: Vegan menu , Good beers on tap
