Avoid at all costs.

My girlfriend was served a cheese and chilli jam toastie… really? No roasted peppers, nothing? Food took forever to come out. Chef stared at us eating it knowing he did us wrong. Just awfully inconsiderate. Unbelievably bad service.

Cons: Thoughtless, Selfish, Confusing

Great cake & coffee

This cute spot has a lovely vibe! The staff are lovely and were knowledgeable about what on their menu was vegan or not. There were a few options, I opted for the lemon cake and it was delicious. It’s well worth a visit!

Nice staff, great coffee, yummy food

The menu items that have vegan options available are marked, we got a vegan cheese and onion chutney toastie, and came back another day to get the choccie chip oat cookie, both were really tasty and the coffee is really really good. The staff are super friendly too and there's a nice atmosphere, it's busy for a reason😄

Welcoming place with very delicious food!

Being a non solely vegan place, they still have many options (including the sweets ;)) and can also veganise easily other dishes, too. Very nice place, we had lunch there but they have also a breakfast menu. Would recommend it!

Pros: The place is quite cosy , delicious food, very very friendly and helpful staff

Cons: more vegan choices could always be better ;)

Cute little wholesome cafe!

This is such a lovely litte spot in Westport! The staff were really friendly and welcoming and explained the vegan options that were available. Me and mum had a really lovely lunch there, I ad a delicious pea and mint soup with some sourdough. My mum had a really tasty cheese toastie with thinly sliced courgette and a sort of tomato relish, I tried some and it was honestly one of the best toasties I’ve ever had. My mum also ordered a tea with soya milk and said it was a really good cuppa. We didn’t stay for cake but there was options there.

Pros: Delicious food, Good atmosphere , Friendly Staff

Cons: Maybe some vegan butter for my bread, Not everything was marked as vegan so had to ask

Nice vegan options at a Westport cafe

They have a vegan bake on rotation. I had red velvet cake one day and a cookie another day. The porridge was very decadent and satisfying, can be made with plant milk to make it vegan. The lunch vegan options looked great too. We went straight back for brunch the very next day!

Pros: Vegan bake on rotation, Decadent porridge with plank milk

Cons: Only 1 vegan bake, Could benefit from vegan pancakes or tofu scramble

Delicious

I think we had one of everything on the menu and it was all delicious. It is a small simple menu (for everyone) - a soup, a curry (both vegan) and toasties. Separate breakfast menu (I’m not sure what is vegan at breakfast). Friendly helpful staff. I loved the vegan oat milk hot chocolate. I really pigged out here. Fab lunch spot. Popular.

Pros: Half the menu is vegan, Tasty, fresh, moreish

Cons: Small and popular

Do not miss!

The absolutely delicious vegan (and gluten-free) cauliflower curry with onion bhaji is a staple on the menu, along with a tasty sandwich that has the option for vegan cheese. The best oat latte in town! The hot chocolate mix they use is also vegan.

Check out the coffee!

Very friendly staff who are all well aware of what food is vegan. The food itself is delicious and beautifully presented. We had celeriac and hazelnut soup with a sourdough vegan cheese and jalapeño toastie and vegan curry followed by a gluten-free nut butter cookie and a lovely dense, moist vegan carrot cake. I just had the best vegan flat white (oatly) that I have had outside of NZ (and much better than many I had inside NZ). It has been years since I've been able to give a positive coffee review 😀

Pros: Very vegan aware staff, Vegan options plentiful and delicious, Excellent coffee

Cons: No good for wheelchairs, They could do with more seating inside

Very tasty veggie options

Small and busy - we had to wait around 15 mins to get a table for two (Saturday afternoon), but worth the wait! Very nice vibe and the leek and cheese arancini I had were delicious. The vegan cakes looked really good too.

Pros: Nice vibe, delicious food

Favourite cafe in Ireland

Just had lunch here whilst on holiday. The food was great and the people friendly and welcoming. Menu is very vegetarian friendly and the vegan curry I had was a good choice. They were happy to make adjustments and child size portions.
