Nothing vegan except juices

Muffins & sweet stuff (mini cakes) not vegan. Nice place, in middle of town. Eight seats outside, around 20 inside.

Okay chain

Of the juice chains in NYC, Joe & the Juice comes in 4th place, after Pressed, Juice Press, and Juice Generation. Granted, I might be swayed by the fact that Joe & the Juice is only one of them that serves meat.

To be fair, juice is always good to have, and they do offer a bunch of vegan smoothies and juices, which I have found satisfactory. There is a Juice Press right across the street; however, that Juice Press branch is only for takeout, whereas this branch of Joe & the Juice does have tables to sit at and eat.

Wow

We had the Vegan Green Gains shake. I have no idea who tasted this before saying it’s a good idea to have it on the menu, but it was not good. At all.

Herb Tonic wasn’t bad though, it just wasn’t mind blowing?

We are visiting NYC, so it will be hard to judge this place based on a ton of menu options. So unfortunately, they just didn’t impress this visit.

Sorry, but we love the vibe.

Refreshing juice

So many vegan options like shakes and juices. I had the “Pick Me Up” and it had apple, strawberry, and banana. It was very good, but totaled to over $10.

Cons: Expensive
