Nice pastry, but expensive. Toilet dirty (not cleaned) - Edit
I have been to several Izy coffee places in Belgium: kortrijk, izegem, oostende, gent. And now this one.
Read moreThe pastry is always delicious.
But the drinks and pastry are really expensive. And at this place the toilet was really dirty (clearly not cleaned in a while, and no, this was not just from one day). Blèh. Also nothing to dry ones hands after washing.
Not accessible. Steps to get in. Also steps inside.

Cool spot - Edit
Here you can find tasty coffee with desserts. Located in the center of Ghent and sometimes street musicians are playing next to the café. A lot of space inside, clean bathrooms.

Good pastry, worst Ice tea - Edit
Great that all the pastry is vegan. You have lots of choice and the frangipane I had tasted great, was a decent size and a decent price. I also appreciate that they don't charge extra for vegan milk.
Read moreBut then I also went for the ice ginger tea and that was just a huge mistake.
I don't know if it was supposed to taste like that, or if the guy at the bar made a mistake, but it was terrible. It was just lots of ice, sparkling water and then something that i can only describe as a very weird chemical taste that did not resemble tea or ginger at all! I really hope something went wrong while making this and that this is not how it is supposed to taste.
On top of that it's also incredibly expensive. For 7 euros, you would expect your drink to at least be served in a glass instead of a cardboard cup!

Delicious quality coffee - Edit
Plant milks can be chosen without extra costs, some coffees are standard vegan. Cakes, cookies and brownies are delicious. Sells premade bowls and wraps too, look for the vegan ones ☺️
