Very good option in Salento - Edit
A lot of vegan options like Pittule, homemade Orecchiette con Cime di Rapa, Pure di Fave con Cicorino, Ciceri e Tria and obviously Pasta al Pomodoro. I would recommend Pure di Fave con Cicorino as a starter and either Orecchiette con Cime di Rapa or Ciceri a Tria as a Main dish since they're very typical dishes in Salento. Also staff was very friendly and it is located in a cute courtyard.
