Delicious vegan options

A restaurant with a very nice outdoor searing under the trees. They have a few vegan options but they are very delicuous! We had local pasta (orecchiette) with local green leaves (cime, similar to spinach) and something like vegan cheese on top. As a starter we had the same green leaves with bean cream and croutons.
