Nous avons passé une excellente soirée en tête à tête. Le service était courtois et impeccable. Nous avons pris l’entrée de champignons, le cari au légumes et la saucisse tofu et shiitake. Le tout était très bien apprêter et savoureux. Nous serons de retour, c’est certain!

Not "fine" dining but great vegan spot - Edit
I wouldn't go so far as to call the restaurant "fine" dining - for one, the prices aren't too high, and the food is hardly out-of-this-world. That said, I appreciate a fully vegan menu in a fine dining setting (don't worry, you don't have to dress up). I had cauliflower tacos, caesar salad, and cheesecake -- all very good and the portions were reasonable. The service was surprisingly fast, too.

Absolutely delicious food that is vegan and many times gluten free! We had the omelette, buckwheat crepe and buckwheat pancakes ... all GF and out is this world. The omelette tasted so much like eggs and the accompanying home fries were lovely. Although the food was fancy, the meal was served quickly. The atmosphere is very pretty and Instagramable.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious meals. The portions are large. There is both a cafe area and a sit down restaurant. The staff are friendly, and the service is fast. The atmosphere is calmer than a lot of places. Also, the bathrooms smell really good! I definitely will go again.

Passing through town and wanting to try a variety of dishes in one go, we booked a table at this quiet & classy restaurant (no loud music and shouting here) and ordered four appetisers and dessert, washed down with an Italian red. We were not disappointed. The Assorted Mushrooms in Foil were divine, and the Chickpea Felafels with Tahini Sauce, crispy to the bite and velvety on the inside. It was so good in fact, we ordered a second serving. The Shiitake Meatballs in Tomato Sauce were very tasty, if a tad chewy, but the Quesadilla and Sausage with Mexican Sauce would benefit from being toasted. We shared a portion of triple chocolate cake, which came with strawberries on the side. It was chocolaty but a bit dry. The last of the Italian red took care of that. In all, a very good dining experience - good food, excellent service and presentation. We left feeling sorry that we wouldn’t have time to explore more of the menu.

Really cool restaurant- sort of a fancy loft style. We went here for brunch food had really beautiful presentation and tasted delicious! We got the Caesar salad (soooo delicious!), the savory crepe with vegan cheese, mushrooms, and peppers (also fantastic), and the omelet- which was good but I think they have better options. Waitstaff was great. Highly recommend!!

Le resto végé/végane le plus chic de Montréal, parfait pour une date! Les prix vont en conséquence et c'est donc assez dispendieux. Les plats sont tous veganes et le décor aussi! C'est une très belle place, bien décoré! Les employés sont amicaux, bon service. La nourriture peut encore laisser place à l'amélioration, ce n'est pas mon resto préféré. Par exemple, parfois c'était beaucoup trop salé, d'autres fois un peu sec.

All vegan restaurant with a range of options. Only frustration was that the menus online differed from what was offered, not really sure why. Also the chai lattes weren’t very flavourful. My vegan omelette was really good though as well as the chocolate peanut butter cookie I had.

Freezing Cold day in Montreal saved by Taro - Edit
My husband and I were on a business trip, and we had lovely dinner here. I have never had taro, and wow what an experience! My husband enjoyed a curry dish. The atmosphere was upscale and just a short walk from the Intercontinental. The only recommendation is too keep the Kronebourg 1664 a little colder. Overall this one gets a return visit.

My dinner was pretty good here. They are average price to pricey. The broccoli soup was delish, the seitan and mushroom medley in roasted acorn squash was yum!!! ( first time having acorn squash it is delicious). And the “cheesecake” was pretty good!! My food was $58 USD I also had two glasses of wine.

So good we ate here 2x in 1 day!!!! - Edit
We had lunch (chickpea burgers and minestrone soup) and it was AMAZING!!! So we came back for dinner and had the mushroom sausages and falafel app and ended with the chocolate pear. It was all FANTASTIC!!!! The service was impeccable as well! DEFINITELY make it a point to go here for lunch or dinner... or both! ;)

Cuisine vegan créative et "fancy" - Edit
Je n'ai que du positif à dire sur Invitation V. Comme je l'ai écrit récemment dans ma review pour LOV (un restaurant quasiment 100% vegan qui vient d'ouvrir dans le Vieux-Montréal), l'offre d'établissements végétaliens un peu plus "fancy" est encore assez limitée à Montréal. Comme LOV, Invitation V vient combler ce vide! Les plats proposés sont créatifs et le personnel porte une attention particulière la présentation des plats. Les prix, même s'ils sont légèrement plus élevés que les Aux Vivres et Crudessence de ce monde, sont amplement justifiés: les quantités servies sont satisfaisantes et, surtout, la qualité des ingrédients fait une grande différence. À noter que plus de 80% de la nourriture du restaurant est certifiée organique. Le menu n'est pas gigantesque mais contient assez d'options (burger, risotto, filet végétalien, etc.) qui devraient convenir à tous les goûts. En plus du menu disponible sur le site web, des spéciaux de la semaine/du jour sont également proposés au gré des produits disponibles pendant les saisons. Une grande sélection de bières est également proposée: on retrouve même de la bière biologique au quinoa! Les desserts, tous vegan également, sont à tomber par terre (surtout la tarte à l'amande avec "fromage" de noix de cajou)! J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la sympathie du personnel et la qualité du service. Petites parenthèses: il y a aussi un vestiaire pour laisser votre manteau, votre écharpe, etc. Pensez à le demande à votre serveur. Bref, avec La Lumière du Mile-End qui se situe à seulement quelques pas, le quartier Mile-End peut être fier d'avoir 2 restaurants d'aussi bonne qualité aussi proches l'un que l'autre! Je recommande fortement Invitation V, autant pour des végétariens/végétaliens que pour un omnivore à la recherche de nouveaux horizons créatifs et définitivement santé.
