Best we had in Montreal - Edit
Let’s just say we tried many meals in the past 4 months and yet my 6 year old still talks about how “the best lentil soup” he ever had was in Montreal at invitation V. He had 3 bowls. My Omni husband found plenty to enjoy and i was in heaven with so many options.

the restaurant itself is really pretty inside, has really nice feeling//environment and the food of course was bomb 😋 ordered the spring rolls (beware that this is actually a bowl of salad topped with two tiny spring rolls—tasted good nonetheless), pineapple tofu bowl, szechuan bowl, and hot chocolate

Delicious refined food - Edit
We went to Invitation V for a celebratory dinner. We each had a starter and a main and had no room for dessert. It was nice to have quality vegan food in a more upscale setting. The menu was in French and English and the wait staff spoke both. It is a bit pricey, I would definitely recommend it for a fancy night out.

Amazing food, amazing service! - Edit
Stumbled across this one walking past & saw the vegan sign in the window! What a find! Invitation V is split in two with a cafe, serving all day & evening, and a restaurant, open for brunch and dinner. Food and service at both restaurant and cafe is amazing. The brownie is literally drool worthy! Highly recommend you give this place a try and you will be back!

J'adore! - Edit
J'y ai été pour la première fois avec mon copain dans le cadre de MTL à table et j'ai vraiment été impressionné. Les tacos au chou-fleur en particulier nous ont énormément plu. Vraiment belle ambiance et bon service.

Split the chocolate crepe which was huge and had a ton of fresh fruit in it. Works as both a starter and dessert.

Friend had the omelette which was somehow made of tofu but looked like egg. It was very savory and had a curry sauce on it.

Overall great restaurant - Edit
I really like this place it has to be one of the best restaurants for vegans in Mtl.
Read moreTheir fries are delicious and so are their desserts. Also their appetizers are so delicately flavourful and interesting. And you need to try their mushroom burger with the pesto. It hits the spot.
The service is also always on point.
I think they could have more options on their menu for the meals that aren't as similar but otherwise it's an awesome spot.
Pros: Excellent food, Service is great, Good value
Cons: Not much of a vibe at the restaurant, Not enough beer choices, Lots of similar things on the menu

Hit or miss - Edit
We love going here..! Sometimes. Usually, the entrées and soups are delicious and we find the main meals disapointing: burgers and rice bowls very dry.

The BEST vegan omelet I've ever had - Edit
I LOVE their vegan omelet, one of the best I've ever had, and my standards are getting pretty high these days. The dinner menu is also incredible. Definitely order the dumplings!! We arrived near closing one night and the staff kept the place opened later for us even though it was just our table and had smiles the whole time and let us take our time. Awesome experience every time I go there, whether with family or on a date.

Quality Good, Portions Too Small for Price - Edit
The service was friendly and the food was good, but the portions were small for the price. I left hungry after sharing an appetizer and eating a supposedly filling plate, and didn't feel comfortable spending more money after dinner for dessert since the price was steep.

Good food - Edit
We went here for a quick lunch and it was pretty good! For starters we got the falafel (which my dad said was the best he ever had) and my sister got the broccoli soup (which the family said was pretty good). For lunch I got the butter “chicken” bowl. The fried tofu was a bit tough, but it was good overall. My dad said the same thing about his yellow curry “chicken”. My sister got the quesadilla which she liked (except for the sausage). The best dish was my moms mushroom burger. For dessert we got the lemon loaf which was a bit dry and lacked a real lemon taste and the chocolate macaron which my family said was very good. It was a perfect last meal in Montreal and we will come back next time we are in town.

Terrible! - Edit
This restaurant gives veganism a bad name. Food had no taste. My wife ordered a Vietnamese bowl and it was basically a bowl of rice noodles with warm soggy cucumber slices and a filet of tofu. I ordered a salad as a main course because I ordered 3 entrees. The salad was small and soggy. I ordered the mushroom plate which was basically drenched in oil, mushrooms were okay but pretty bad dish for a entree. I also ordered the shiitake satay which had no taste except for the peanut butter sauce. The last entree were spring rolls which were deep fried and again were tiny and had no taste. Very disappointing dining experience. I will definitely not go there again.

Okay food in posh setting - Edit
This place is in the heart of old Quebec and looks great. The food had some nice touches to it but altogether wasn't up to the expectations this place had created. It was rather simple but still quite expensive and did not represent good value for us.

Late Brunch - Edit
Went with my children and sampled burgers, salad, smoothie, non alcoholic cocktail and all muffins😄Quick service, very good food, but at 1.30-2.00 pm I would have liked the lunch/dinner menu as well, not just brunch... apart from that, it was a great experience. I’ll be back for the evening menu.
