good lunch option - Edit
I was attending an event at the Palais des Congres and only had about an hour for lunch. Noobox is a good option because you don't have to leave the building, and tofu is a protein option for all of their noodle dishes. I had the pad thai with tofu (no egg). It was quick, filling, and tasted pretty good. Definitely convenient.

Ok for a quick lunch - Edit
I like that you can build your own noodle box, but I found the rice noodles and teriyaki sauce a bit bland. Not bad, just bland. Could have used a tad more salt.
Read moreIf you don't feel like making too many choices, you can just order the pineapple tofu with rice. That's already vegan.

Able to choose vegetarian combination - Edit
We are able to choose the combination of (1) vegetarian or tofu protein, (2) type of sauce, (3) Carb such as rice or noodles, (4) choose vegetables to stir fry. Such arrangement is flexible to vegetarian or vegan
