Description does not do it justice - this place is amazing - Edit
When I read “mostly vegan cafe” in a town with very few vegan options I usually picture a stale tofu sandwich sitting in a glass case that goes with a $12 beet juice. This ain’t that.
Read moreGood god, this place is amazing. We went for dinner. The buffet is self serve and every single thing is delicious. It’s not just beans and quinoa either. The dishes are extremely creative and I’d be doing them a disservice by trying to describe them. My wife and I finished off the night with 2 slices of cake. This is easily one of my all time favorites.
Pros: all vegan, buffet, Amazing everything
Cons: only 1 person spoke English

Excellent, and almost all vegan - Edit
We were very pleased to discover this gem last year, and it's still excellent. The lunch and dinner buffets are all vegan and all delicious, with great variety, including both traditional and creative cuisine. (in fact they say everything they serve is vegan, with the exception of the availability of cow milk for coffee, for those customers who want it).
Read moreService is very warm and helpful, and English is spoken. The chef kindly came out to explain all the buffet items. There are vegan desserts, too.
The atmosphere is one of relaxed elegance, and we appreciate the good vibes.
Prices are moderate, and well worth it for the quality and the all-around superb experience.

Nice ambiance - Edit
It's a very nice place with a lot of athmosphere. Food and prices are good and the helpfull stuff is very friendly. Only the lasagne was a little over cooked.

Großartiges Restaurant vegan und Bio - Edit
Hier ist alles vegan und Bio! Es ist eher die Luxus-Ausgabe eines veganen Restaurants, und ähnlich wie in einem klassischen Sternerestaurant gibt es ein Degustations-Menü, das sehr zu empfehlen ist! Das Essen ist von sehr hoher Qualität, allerdings sind auch die Preise selbst für Schweizer Verhältnisse hoch. Trotzdem auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

In this twoo weeks for Festival del Film Locarno they have a great buffet and it is 90% vegan!

The vegan chocolate cake it's amazing.
Not very big, so better to reserve.
