Compartimos una sopa con pan tostado y un sándwich. Ambos platos veganos y para compartir. De postre: bizcocho de manzana y pera con crumbel y cookie de pistacho, también vegano.

Read moreLa seule petite pâtisserie vegan était le chococahouète que j'ai trouvé surprenant et bon, mon mari en revanche fade (pas assez de chocolat ou de sucre). L'idée de faire des vraies pâtisseries en version vegan est excellente. Mais comme cette pâtisserie fait aussi des gâteaux qui ne sont pas vegan et utilise donc aussi du lait, de la Chantilly, du beurre et/ou des oeufs, nous retirons une étoile comme d'habitude. C'était assez frustrant d'avoir un choix vegan somme toute assez restreint, d'autant plus que nous avons déjà eu le plaisir d'aller dans des salons de thé / pâtisseries totalement vegan.
Je ne vois donc pas bien l'intérêt d'une pâtisserie végétarienne puisque toutes les pâtisseries le sont.
Nous serons convaincus quand cette pâtisserie sera 100 % vegan. Go vegan!
The vegan cakes we tasted were delicious.
The only vegan little pastry was the chococahouete which I found surprisingly good, my husband on the other hand bland (not enough chocolate or sugar). The idea of veganising pastries is excellent. But as this pâtisserie also makes cakes that are not vegan and therefore also uses milk, whipped cream, butter and/or eggs, we withdraw one star as usual. It was quite frustrating to have such a limited vegan choice, especially since we have already been in 100% vegan bakeries/coffee shops.
I therefore don't really see the point of a vegetarian bakery since all pastries are vegetarian per se.
We will be convinced when this bakery is 100% vegan. Go vegan!

They have a good variety of vegan and gluten free labeled cakes. They do not serve a savory lunch on Sundays because they close at 1 pm.
