Quality ingredients...tough food stems

The vegetarian food was good, however some of the meat and fish options, although well flavoured were tough. More an issue of food preparation rather than the quality of the ingredients (woody fennel and leek stems and roots not removed; beef cut against the muscle so that tough, thick inedible sinews were not removed/rendered)

Toujours d'excellentes options végétariennes et vegan à la carte. Cuisine de saison haut de gamme. Carte des vins exceptionnelle.
