Great place for authentic hummus and falafel - Edit
Near my hotel this small cafe offers hummus with chickpeas or beans (or both) and falafel. Clearly a favourite with the locals it is cheap but the food is good and you are served quickly. Staff are friendly. Most people seem to take out but they are accommodating if you sit in. The hummus is quite oily which seems to be the preference here but big portions and filling.

Best hummus in Palestine :) - Edit
Not so cheap if you compare the prices to similar places in West Bank but cheaper if you compare it to hummus bars in West part (Jewish) of the city. Food is very fresh, staff very friendly. Hummus made with lot's of garlic :) Yummy!!
