Menu includes customizable, made-to-order wraps, pitas and bowls with vegan beef, falafel or mushroom shawarma proteins with couscous, chickpeas, kale, spinach and spring mix bases. Additional vegan add-ins include tomato, red onion, cucumber, kalamata olives, tabbouleh and more. All sauces are 100% vegan. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-7:00pm, Sat 11:00am-6:00pm. Closed Sun.

This is not your traditional falafel place. They have lots of delicious vegan options, toppings, sauces, etc., and they’ll stack on the ingredients so your bowl (or wrap, or sandwich) and belly are full!

You won’t go away hungry - Edit
On a recent trip to Fresno had lunch at the Hummus Republic. Plenty of vegan options and food was all fresh. Only issue was the dinning area was cold to sit and enjoy the meal

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Great hummus selection and you can choose several, Vegan beef was added flavor
Cons: Can get crowded at lunch and line got long , Seating area was cold

Love it here ! - Edit
Hummus Republic is literally my favorite place to go and eat. I’m there once a week, they have a lot of vegan options including falafel, vegan beef, and vegan shawarma. 75 percent of the hummus is vegan. they also have a earth burger which i have yet to try.
