We had the vegan bolognese which looked much better than the other pizza and was very nice and the soup which didn’t come with bread but was very nice too; not cheap but good if you choose right

Surprising find, ok pizza - Edit
The vegan bolognese pizza was great, the vegan vegetables pizza was a bit less great - too much cheese covered the taste of everything else. The mushroom soup is also very good.

Good vegan selection but food was mixed - Edit
We visited here twice during our stay in Bohinj. There is a whole page for the vegan menu with a decent selection. The vegan pizza, pumpkin soup and chickpea stew were all delicious. The soya bolognaise with noodles, cheese rolls and chocolate rolls (dessert) were all pretty tasteless. The service was hit and miss here. They were super busy on both occasions so I think they were just understaffed! Happy to see somewhere with such an extensive vegan offering.

Super nice, had a full page of vegan dishes. I had the cottage cheese rolls with mushroom sauce. It was good! Haven't had those in a while since going vegan. Also amazing that they have big portions!

Came here in the rain and had a chickpea and mushroom stew with a hot ginger lemonade! The stew was full of veggies and the hot lemo was one of the nicest drinks of my life!

Great pizza bolognese - Edit
We went for the dumpling but got seduced by the pizza bolognese so never got to it, no regrets (okay maybe a little regret). The pizza was good and flavourful with thin crust. They had a vegan section on the menu which was very clear. I've added photos of the vegan dishes

For my first trip to Slovenia, I’ve been trying to eat as much authentic (ish) food as possible. The pumpkin soup was incredible! My bf and I both ordered the cheese rolls with mushroom sauce, which were good, but in retrospect, we should have split the dish (it comes with two large rolls) and gotten some veggies to go with it. The chocolate roll for dessert was really good, though, and the atmosphere and service were great

I was surprised of the variety of vegan options. I was always a big fan of mushroom soup and "štruklji" and I was finally able to enjoy a vegan version. It was all that I could wish for after a morning hike :)

Read moreYo pedí un plato típico que viene relleno con queso y lo pedí con salsa de champiñones porque leí que no tiene mucho sabor. Es cierto, el queso no tenía sabor y la pasta tampoco demasiado. Aún así saciaba bastante y se agradece que hagan vegano un plato típico.
De postre pedí el mismo plato típico relleno de chocolate (no hay otro postre vegano) y sabía sobre todo al chocolate que llevaba por encima, pero poco más.
Tal vez las otras opciones veganas tienen más sabor. Aún así, está bastante bien en general.

The have vegan pizza, vegan cheesrolls, salad and soup.
Service was very quick and attentive. The waiter even reminded my boyfriend (veggie) that the dish he order was only vegetarian not vegan.
Great experience Overall!

Huge Vegan Menu but low quality - Edit
They had a separate vegan menu card which was a big surprise for us. The staff was also aware about veganism. I ordered - as a slovenian speciality - vegan cheese rolls but was a bit disappointed because they were low in taste. Nevertheless the restaurant is worth to be visited because of its huge variety of vegan dishes.

Read moreDuring our stay we tried their pizza, some sort of stew and the local speciality štruklji. They offer the savory and sweet variety, we had to try both. Sirovi štruklji, traditionally made with cottage cheese, were amazing. The sweet ones (chocolate or walnut filling) were really good too!

Had a salad bowl with fresh veggies, tasty mushrooms and vegan cheese, but missed nuts/legumes. The dessert cheese rolls are ok but not so tasty. The prices are quite steep!

Vegan cheese rolls are delicious. Also, pumpkin soup is yummy. We also ordered rice noodles with vegan bolognese sauce that are missing a bit of spices otherwise they are great.

Besides classic slovenian meals, the restarutant offer full vegan menu, which cannot be found anywhere near. We tried sirovi strukejl, which is rather tasteless kind of roll with tofu inside and pizza which was good. In addition, we waited too long for everything (menu, drinks, food, paying)….maybe wrong timing

Had the mushroom dumplings, it is on a extra paper menu that is not included in every menu card. Just ask for it. The waiter was very informative on vegan options also hinted on the restaurant having soy milk when I ordered espresso. I took a capuccino instead and that one is recommendable as well. The vegan pizza cheese costs extra 2€ (we didn‘t try it). They have lots of gluten free options as well if thats relevant to anyone here. You can sit outside on the terrace quite nicely. Perfect to get at least some taste of local food which is generally rather meat and cheese-centered.

Delicious vegan 'štruklji' - Edit
A pleasant restaurant that serves absolutely delicious vegan cottage cheese rooled štruklji with mushroom sauce. One dish costs 12,80 eur. Really recomend the place! They also have soy milk for coffee:)
