Delicious local food at great value - Edit
3 vegan mains (jota, mushroom stew and savoury porridge) 2 vegan sides (roast potatoes and sauerkraut) and 3 vegan ice cream flavours available (mango, bounty and blueberry/lemon). We had the Jota and Mushroom stew which were both excellent and very generous portions. We also had a bread basket which paired nicely with the mains. We had the bounty ice cream which is from the Sisters Ice Cream brand - one of the best vegan ice creams have had! This place was excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend 🤩

Vegan dishes are not marked as such but the waitress knew which ones were vegan! I ordered Jota, a traditional dish with sauerkraut, beans and potatoes, it was delicious!

Great mushroom stew! - Edit
Very cute place which serves meat, but there are a few vegan options. They are not marked on the menu, but the mushrooms stew (order without cream), buckwheat mush - ajdovi žganci (order without meat). You would usually order ajdovi žganci together with mushroom stew. Jota (fermented cabbage and beans soup) is vegan if ordered without meat.

Delicious ice creams! Small cup. NOT all the ice creams are vegan!! This restaurant serves also vegetarian dishes. More than only pizza, pasta or salad

However the ice cream is in a plastic cup it’s really tasty. We tried mango and blueberry and you pay 2,90€ for each.
