I absolutely love this food truck. The owner is lovely and will adjust his menu any way that you need so it works for you. His food is delicious - I always get the shakshuka because I recently had jaw surgery and need to eat soft foods. Also love the horchata.

Tasty with great service! - Edit
When I arrived, the owner was very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. I knew I wanted the falafel platter, and ultimately decided on the shakshuka to pair with it. For one person, 1 appetizer was more than enough though! The food was so filling and nourishing and tasty. My favorite part was surprisingly the salad that came with the falafel platter! Second would be the falafel itself - so tasty & warm with a great consistency. The owner was so friendly as well. Would recommend!

I am the owner and operator of Hippy Eats and Spiritual Healing food truck. Hippy Eats is now 100% Vegan and no longer carries the sheep-derived feta cheese. An decent vegan feta was discovered- “Follow Your Heart” brand.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm still around at 900 Springdale Road Food Park. No longer offering sheep feta even though it was really tasty. Using only vegan ingredients, now. (I found a decent vegan feta option, so Hippy Eats still serves Greek Salad).
