Best burritos - Edit
Easily the best burritos I've had. Have been going to their food trucks since 8 years or so. Consistent, reliable, flavorful, yummy food. Lots of variety with different spice levels and everything's vegan. One of my favorite food trucks.
Read moreSpicy chickpea burrito with spinach tortilla and chimichuri seitan burrito with cayenne tortilla are our favorites. Spicy chickpea is Indian style channa masala and it's better than channa masala in most Indian restaurants; its Indian spicy, so beware. We also like black bean and pan seared tofu. For any burrito wrap, make sure to add quinoa and rice mix. Otherwise, it might be too light. We have also tried their bowls, mostly when we'd want to eat with fork or spoon.
Has a parking lot but might be full during peak hours.
Pros: Flavorful spicy and delicious, Original and doesn't try to much non-vegan recipes, No fake meat

Delicious Discovery - Edit
A hidden gem. Today was our first visit and now it will be on the standard rotation. We tried the chimichurri and BBQ wraps both made with seitan along with the rosemary fries and raspberry hibiscus tea. picnic tables were safely at least 6 feet apart outside. Highly Recommend.

Amazing food, great location! - Edit
I ordered the blackened tofu and had them make it into a salad. My husband had the pan seared tofu wrap. Both were perfection, very tasty! My salad had LOTS of veggies. Loved the location, too! The food truck court also had a vegan dessert option. #Veganuary

10/10 - Edit
I ordered the pan seared tofu wrap on a spinach wrap and added avocado. I can not express this enough but top 10 wrap I have ever ate! So much flavor, such a good size for the price, and so unique. This place had such a cute atmosphere and so many options to choose from! Loved this spot!

Favorite Vegan Truck! - Edit
I absolutely love this food truck. I get the Bella wrap on cayenne and add the quinoa rice to it. I am a little ashamed to say that I visit this truck at least twice a week. It is very flavorful and ridiculously filling. I have tried the blackened tofu wrap as well and it was cooked wonderfully. Their rosemary fries are very good as well.

I had a big seitan burrito and a smoothie. Both were great and very fresh. The guys asked and made sure I was happy with my meal. Take out, or eat at the tables. Other food trucks in the same location (not vegan).

Freshly prepared & tasty, all vegan - Edit
On a visit, I decided to check out South Austin, and since I was on my own, grabbing a salad at Conscious Cravings and eating it at one of the picnic tables, suited me just fine. I chose their eggless salad - it was so much food, but fresh and tasty! Would visit again, although it is a bit of a trek from downtown without a car or Uber. Doable though if you're not in a hurry.

Cons: It's a food truck - so weather plays a role, Location for those without a car

Delicious and Fast! - Edit
We've been going to concious for months now! We ordered a CC Diner and a Pan Seared Tofu( which were BOTH DELICIOUS), Blueberry Lemonade and a Mango smoothy! We definitely thought there would be a long wait, but we sat down with our Lemonade and in minutes we had these amazing wraps (devoured shortly after).

Upgrade it to a salad - Edit
I upgraded the wrap into a salad and it was a ton of food. I was a bit perplexed that the sauce was on the side for the BBQ seitan and for those who prefer theirs mild, the seitan itself is quite spicy. The smoothie was good and if out with Omni's, they can eat happily from the nearby Torchy's trailer.

concerned... - Edit
I love CC. I love them. Their food is so tasty - the chimichurri sauce is fantastic, and they'll put it on anything if you ask. Their rosemary fries are also really delicious.
Read moreI'm a bit worried about them - past two times I've been there were disappointing. Once they skimped on the avocado in my wrap hardcore. The other time, their were very few spinach leaves in my salad, and a very high proportion of rice to quinoa.
I noticed some new people working the truck, perhaps it's a fluke or they're just learning. I'd say check your order carefully before leaving. Otherwise, definitely worth it.
Pros: tasty, inexpensive

Great Bella Wrap - Edit
I had to be in Austin for a couple of hours and I was both vegan and hungry. Happy Cow identified this food truck only 10 mintes away. They had a good selection of wraps. I chose the Bella on a cayenne tortilla . It was HUGE and flavorful . The 2 person staff was very friendly and courteous . I'll be back.

I crave for more... - Edit
We were in Austin for less than 24 hours, and we went here twice! Both times we had wraps and smoothies. The wraps were amazing, and can't be praised enough. This rustic outside dining experience will stay with us for a long time. Go there! Don't hesitate! You won't regret it!
