Serves meat, vegan options available. The hotel restaurant can cater for vegan and vegetarian guests. You can meet with the chefs and tell them your dietary requirements; they will prepare dishes to go with the breakfast and dinner buffets. Different theme every night. Buffet that includes vegans beyond just the salad bar

The chefs happily spoke with us to ensure our dietary needs were met. Additional vegan dishes were made alongside what was available in the buffet. The Indian food buffet was excellent. At the breakfast buffet, the pancakes and waffles were made vegan upon request and as a surprise after dinner one night, one of the chefs made a coconut milk ice cream!

Pros: Lots of vegan options in the buffet.

Cons: It's the Hilton, it's Seychelles, it's pricey.
