Has everything you need and more

This shop has so many tasty vegan products on offer. If they don't have what you need, they order it in. The staff offer helpful & knowledgable advice on health and nutrition. They offer refills on household detergents, shampoo, etc. to help reduce plastic waste. They also sell lots of eco-friendly products such as bamboo toothbrushes.

Pros: Refillable eco household products, Knowledgable and approachable staff, dog friendly

Friendly staff, well stocked

Lovely , knowledgeable and friendly staff ; with a well-stocked shop of overwhelmingly vegan options. These included refined sugar free and GF as well. We bought lunch and cookies which were all very nice. I was also able to buy a good range of vegan multivitamins which I had been looking for to no avail elsewhere !

Pros: Staff were eager to help , Range of food and supplements , Homemade food to take away too !

Best health food shop on the Island

Great range covered in the shop, together with excellent advice from the owner, Sarah, and her staff.

This is without a doubt the best health food shop on the island! I come here regularly to stock up on Ombar chocolate and other delicious healthy snacks. Also their homemade vegan cakes are absolutely delicious!! Staff are friendly and will happily give knowledgeable advice if asked :)

Delicious cakes

This is a great little health food store where vegans can buy all kinds of products during their holidays on the Isle of Wight. They store quite a lot of chilled products like vegan cheeses and meat replacements but also dried fruits etc.

They do also do home made cakes and those are delicious! Make sure to stop by when you are arriving in Cowes with the ferry!

Pros: lots of vegan products, great home made cakes
