Plenty of options

I struggled to choose between the vegan options because they all sounded great. Settled on the vegan panini and an oat latte, both of which I really enjoyed. Vegan options were clearly labelled and the staff confirmed ingredients with me at time of ordering to check we were on the same page. Delicious food and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout.

Can be improved.

Visited for a quick baguette takeaway.
‘Meat choices/cheese choices’ etc on the menu but when asked for specifics, very vague and almost didn’t know nor offer very many choices so why not just be more exact on the menu? Laziness.
Red hair older lady (manager maybe?) was very rude towards the young staff member, very abrupt and poor girl looked new. Lovely short haired blonde lady was clearly assisting her in a kind manner unlike the red head. Incredibly unprofessional and that alone has put me off visiting again - treat your staff with respect and manners, new or not!
Lastly, asked specifically if certain ingredients were included and was told they were not - once opened, clearly did include certain ingredients.
In fact, if the red hair lady wasn’t there it would have been a pleasant visit I’m sure.

Pros: Food was okay

Cons: Staff was rude, Food had ingredients which were told didn’t have

My panini had dairy butter in it

My panini had dairy butter in it. I told them 3 times that I'm vegan. Still, the panini had dairy butter in it. They said they didn't hear I want vegan butter specifically. Even though I said I'm vegan. They did re-make it for me. If you have allergies/intolerances, I would not recommend. Otherwise the food was good, but I do feel icky after having eaten dairy butter v__v

Lovely staff and food

Nice, cozy cafe. Vegan food, drinks and ice cream available. 5 star service.
