Not too bad for a chain

It's a bit mainstream flavoured as you would expect from a place like this. But given that it's tasty. You can make your own combinations and two vegan protein options, falafel and tofu.

Love these type of bowls, but some points for improvement

I have visited many locations of this chain the last couple of years, in Kortrijk, Brussels, Oostende, Ghent, Leuven, the other one in Bruges. Usually it's very good.

This location is really big, with outdoor seating at the back and front, and upstairs (but this one was closed off). I wanted to sit at the back (really quiet there!) but the smell of the next door burger place was overwhelming. Ugh.
Terrace at the front has lots of noise from children's playground on the square.

You can either choose one of the vegan bowls on the menu, of compose your own bowl. I always choose the latter. Choose medium or large.
Order at one of the digital screens, take your number, and wait at the table for your order to be served.

11,95€ for a mdium bowl. It's rather cheap (compared to other prices in Bruges), healthy and fresh. Would love to see more vegan 'meat' options though. They have Japanese tofu and falafel (and the latter was sold out now).

The piece of avocado in my bowl was also not fresh, with a dark hard piece and a mashed piece. That was not nice.

Two toilets upstairs . Didn't see an accessible toilet. Toilets were not really clean, and no toilet paper in one of them. Dryer to dry one's hands is just up against the wall, so underneath is very wet and dirty.
