A veggie restaurant in Koriyama!! - Edit
Wow! I suddenly heard about this restaurant from and friend and decided to check it out. It's a bit difficult to spot from the road but it's almost opposite the big recycle shop 'Hard off'. It's offers Macrobiotic style food.

She understands the vegan concept.
Pretty much everything is vegan (hurray) but she did have a bit of honey in something the other day and checked with me whether I could eat it or not.
Be prepared to speak in Japanese.
Pros: A place with vegan options. , sells a small selection of organic vegetables.
