Deserves more than 4 stars - Edit
They will not allow me to give this more than 4 stars because it’s not a 100% vegan restaurant but in the case of this restaurant that is not fair. There is no menu because the food changes. You get what they serve you (a 7 or 10 course meal) but you can specify things such as allergies or, as I did—fully vegan. The food was AMAZING and my meal was 100% vegan—all 7 courses. Unless you are wealthy, this is not a place you will eat at frequently. My husband and I went there for our wedding anniversary. It is one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Not just the food but the service and the experience. I’ve included pictures of some of the courses. I only gave basic descriptions but there is so much more to each dish than my label. Before each course your server will describe each dish in detail.

The Grey Sweater was one of the most amazing food experiences I have ever had. If I could give it 5 star I would. This is an experience that everyone who appreciates amazing food and wonderful artistry along with wonderful service should experience. #Veganuary

I would give 5 starts but the app doesn’t allow! Chef Andrew Black is a culinary rockstar ! I highly recommend. They call you prior to discuss food restrictions, diet, allergies and so on. They can accommodate ANYONE. I’m vegan and they did not disappoint. The food was remarkable. The amount of love, care and thought that goes in to each dish does not go unnoticed. I loved that we could watch the prep that goes into each dish by sitting at the counter. It was like watching an artist create. Each dish is described to you in detail when served but sometimes they ask you after what you think was in the dish. The cocktails are delicious. This place is a must!
