Great Vegan Gnocci - Edit
I went with some girl friends for a happy hour. They had great happy hour drinks and a great potato gnocchi made vegan on the happy hour, which is on their normal menu too!

Delicious options in the vegan desert that is downtown OKC - Edit
I spent a weekend in downtown OKC with my family recently, it was incredibly hard to find restaurants where I could eat anything other than fries and a salad or yet another Impossible burger. The menu here is quite small, and they offer six items that can be made vegan (and some also gluten-free). We had the crispy cauliflower, patatas bravas, and the Mediterranean salad - all high-quality and delicious, probably because the place has an actual chef, who's respected in the local scene. I especially liked that the vegan options were also made of actual plants rather than processed vegan foods (except for the Impossible burger, which I didn't order). The only "downside" is that prices are a little high, but so is everything in restaurants of this caliber downtown and I felt like the quality justified the costs for the type of evening we were having.
