Wow so many options all of which were really hitting the spot. The chicken sandwich is just my go to but I mean really you can’t go wrong. Smoothies fresh, baked treats delightful. Little air conditioning escape if you eat in. LOVE.

I am not a vegetarian or vegan but this place has me confident that I could easily convert if I wanted to. That Classic Chk’n Sandwich started it all and now four months later I have tried about %75 of the menu. My only complaint is the prices but I also must say that the quality and even the quantity of every order was worth it.

You may have read about the great food at Greens & Grains, which is all great. No doubt. But when I suffered through some serious dental work recently, I was unable to chew. Greens & Grains saved the day! I was able to get the nutrition I needed in a drinkable form. I love their pressed juices, especially Restore. I also lived on their Green Phene smoothies for days when I wasn't able to chew. My oral surgeon was so pleased with how fast I was able to heal and I credit the amount of nutrients I got from my Greens & Grains drinks!! Absolutely well worth the price.

Fully vegan restaurant, amazing specials. They have a variety of options to choose from, including smoothies, salad bowls, grain bowls, wraps, paninis, etc. They also offer a decent amount of desserts, including ice cream, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, etc. They have so much to choose from, it's our go-to restaurant.

I love this restaurant. Me and my family went yesterday for lunch and got a vegan cheesesteak. I added vegan mayo and ketchup. The vibe is amazing and the workers were so nice to us.

I had the chikn Parm sandwich on the staffs recommendation it was delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back here probably every day, the menu is massive. It’s a bit pricey but very good !!

This is a delightful vegan bowl/salad/sandwich spot with large portions and flavorful ingredients. I ordered the chik'n Caesar salad and my partner ordered the BLT panini. We were both full and energized afterwords. Will definitely be back.

Tasty but a fair amount of processed foods. Nonetheless great to have strictly vegan options in a nice atmosphere. It is casual. I had both tofu scramble in pita and meatball parm in pita. Tofu could use a bit more seasoning. Just a bit of salt and pepper. Both tasty. Quick. It is an option to leave off vegan cheese. Meatball parm did have a kicked of spice.

This place has so many options. I try a different thing each time I am here. I have never been disappointed. I love their weekly specials! It’s nice to not have to worry about your food being vegan! The staff is always nice. It’s very clean.

I go to yoga in this building when I’m down the shore and that’s how I first ran into this place like 5 years ago. Nice variety and size menus. Sometimes I want cold and fruity and I go for the coconut smoothie bowls with granola and almond butter or i get a trio salad which is HUGE for the price and all fresh. Sometimes avocado bites or the new Chkn Parm pesto which is my favorite. Friendly staff, lots of parking, no delivery though

I tried to call my order in ahead 3 times and no one answered the phone. When I arrived and ordered the service was mediocre at best. I expected my wraps to be warmed but they were chilled and right out of the fridge. I didn’t get any Tzatziki sauce with my falafel wrap but it would have been a nice addition. The Buffalo chic’n kale was really good. And the Viva la Vegan smoothy was excellent.
