Delicious Tacos - Edit
I’m pretty sure these are the best tacos I’ve had since going vegan. They have fresh pico, well seasoned seitan and cashew cheese. Very delicious and satisfying meal.

I’m a sucker for seitan, that deliciously indigestible wheat-demon. This is why I was obligated into ordering Grateful Planet’s buffalo snackers, so I could integrate them into to my power seitan rankings.

Speaking of onions, I’d be remiss not to mention the pile of pickled reds that come as a sidekick to the main attraction. I also wonder if this was a thoughtful pairing… Given any hypothetical difficulties with gracefully digesting pure gluten, it’s always nice to have a potent probiotic to help prime the.. err.. pumps.

Tasty tacos! - Edit
Glad we finally caught Grateful Planet at one of our favorite breweries! The tacos were excellent - our group was split on whether we preferred the beefy seitan or chicken tinga, so both were pretty good. The tortillas were nicely crisp and they were generously filled. The buffalo bites were also a great side! I didn't get to try it, but a vegan skeptic in our group was also a big fan of the portobello sandwich.
