Gelateria with rotating vegan gelato options, usually around six vegan flavours daily with vegan waffle cones and waffle cups (also gluten-free cups) available. No single-use cups and all gelato is made from scratch in-store. Gelato is also available for takeaway in returnable, refundable containers. Delicious vegan gelato! Only thing that could make it better would be if it was 100% vegan 👀 I had the chocolate coffee coconut (I think that's the right flavour!) and the mango sorbet which was a completely rogue flavour combo but still very tasty. Vegan cone too!

I was really surprised by the range of their vegan offer. I had vegan nutella and cheesecake, the ice-cream was not very rich, but big portion and really tasty cone.

Fabulous gelato on The Octagon - Edit
My gelato today was incredible. Raspberry sorbet on top, then banana cheesecake (which had big chunks of hockey pokey) and at the bottom snickers. Half the cabinet is vegan. I come here whenever I'm in Dunedin and the flavours are often different, but all wonderful.

Such incredible ice cream - and there are at least 7 different vegan flavours. The Nutella and passion fruit are delicious, and the snickers looked pretty good too. All home made, as well as the cones! The cones are vegan and have GF cones too. The lady that owns the store is so friendly also! I couldn’t recommend this place any more, such a great spot.

Stumbled across this and asked for vegan ice cream. I was offered four different kinds which sounded all great. I went for a tropical flavour (can't quite recall what exact flavour it was). But it was very good and refreshing. The people there were really friendly knowledgeable and welcoming.

I was so excited when I saw this new business arrive in Dunedin. They have multiple vegan gelatos and they create absolutely AMAZING flavours. Last time they had Nutella, snickers, pistachio, strawberry sorbet, cookies and cream. They also let you taste them before you order a full scoop. The staff is so friendly and helpful, just ask which flavours are vegan. Would 100% recommend.
