Hidden gem - Edit
Vol-au-vegan with oyster mushrooms and celeriac mini ice cream bars (this one was made with passion fruit) at a cool pop-up rooftop bar. A hidden gem and great food! Only downsides are fries without veganaise (they do have ketchup) and the fact that my ice cream bar already melted before it arrived at our table. 😄

Delicious vegan food with breathtaking view - Edit
Gaston has some nice vegan options, especially the ice lollies desserts are very special. We had the mushroom stew which tasted very nice. Especially when it is nice weather, it is an amazing place to enjoy the terrace and panoramo view. There are also nice lounge corners to have a drink.
Read more! Be aware because I got a salad with non vegan sauce, same for the fries. Eventhough I clearly requested a vegan meal

Great Vol-au-Vegan! - Edit
We ordered the Vol-au-Vegan during the lockdown (so I haven't been in the restaurant) and it was delicious! It's a veganized version of a classic Belgian dish with French fries (vol-au-vent).
