Vegan flemish classics, but greasy - Edit
I have tasted their cheese croquettes, sausage rolls, and a few of their main dishes, as well as their egg salad spread, chocolate mousse and grootmoederskoek. The cheese croquettes are excellent, I now and them have them at Frituur Frietschap Rooigem as well. I'm not so fond of the main dishes, find them too greasy for my taste, I would rather see it less greasy, and maybe some healthy alternatives would be nice as well.

I ordered some meals to pick up at Vegan A'Fairs in Bruges: stew, vol-au-vent, canneloni and cheeze croquettes. All were delcious, and very large portions too (too much for me to eat one portion, so we had leftovers for many days😄

Read moreTheir facebook page lists the standard menu and special events. I stopped by after the Gentse feesten pop-up and was very glad I got the opportunity to save some of the "gewoon Anders" goodness. You could literally fool non-vegans with this. We (including omnivore family members) enjoyed the muscle stew, chocolate mousse, focaccia, and cheese croquettes. Everything was clearly freshly prepared and very well thought through for optimal taste and texture. The chocolate mousse was the biggest hit with everyone. Isabelle and Koen are very knowledgable about vegan cooking and very friendly people to have a chat. Will surely stop by again :)
Indicate in advance if you want to bring your own containers, they are very kind to look into more sustainable options (only the chocolate mouse has to solidify in the containers they provide).
