Clearly Marked Options, Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff

I came here with my omnivorous family. They had a couple clearly marked vegan options, which made me feel comfortable ordering. I had the kung pao tofu and my partner had the beyond burger. They were also both quite expensive ($40 and $30ish) but in-line with the rest of the menu; it's a fancy place for boat people (fyi I am neither, but I had fun pretending). I enjoyed the tofu; the flavor was good, the texture of the tofu was perfect, and it came with a big pile of vegetables. I was happy to have a vegetable-based vegan dish, not just an impossible/beyond thing (not personally a fan of faux meats). If I could request one thing, I would love for them to add a vegan salad.
They've also got an array of their signature drink, the "wet woody", basically rum slushies. The menu was hilarious and everybody enjoyed their drink. It was raining when we were there but next time I hope to sit on the deck, which is gorgeous and right on the lake.

Location and Drinks great. Veggie options terrible

All of the salads come with meat on them. If you order without meat, they still charge you the same price. There is an option for tofu and noodles for dinner, but for $38, I'll pass. The only real option is the impossible burger, but there are only so many times you can eat an impossible burger. When I mentioned the lack of veggie options, they pointed out that they have zucchini sticks for an appetizer.

View is great and drinks are strong but veggie options are lame.

Great views

Beautiful view of Tahoe! Staff friendly. Kung Pow Tofu was tasty and a nice change from a typical vegan option. They had a Beyond Burger option as well. I did not like that they had an add on for "unless of course you add the yummy shrimp or chicken" on the vegan option. Not cool to add that phrase on the one vegan option. Also crazy it was 35 bucks for tofu and veggies when the meat options were also 35-50. Like, tofu...and...veggies. You're killing me. The Wet Woody drinks are so delish (and strong)!

Great Food, Great Atmosphere

The atmosphere was incredible. You are sitting on Lake Tahoe. The Kung Pao Tofu was so good. The tofu was like little clouds with a delicious sauce and veggies.
