Nice vegan food, great vegan desserts! - Edit
We went to Ganita cafe 3 times during our stay in Pai because it was so good. We had the fake chicken burger which was so tasty but wish is was bigger as we couldn’t enough. Also the homemade kombucha is definitely worth trying if you’re a kombucha lover. Compared to other restaurants in Pai Ganita cafe was a good price for the quality of food. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff as well!

Nice - Edit
Cute place with varied menu with a mix of Asian and Western so something for everyone. Price is really varied too - between 60 and 150 baht. Not the most exciting food I’ve had in Thailand but still nice. The floor is tiled which makes it quite noisy when people are talking.

Lovely place with great food and friendly service - Edit
Everything about this place is just perfect, friendly and cosy vibe and food to die for. I had their tempeh tikka masala and I just can’t stop thinking about it! One of the best vegan dishes I ever had. Tempeh can be hit or miss, but these people know what they are doing. Excellent kombucha and special local coffee as well. Prices are very reasonable. I am really happy to find this gem of a place, highly recommended even if you are not vegan.

Lovely restaurant offering many vegan options. Delicious fresh juices, we had the apple and lemon juice, which was very refreshing. With so many options to choose from, we finally settled on the Middle Eastern salad and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Wish we had more time in Pai to savour some of the other items on the menu.

Staff are really nice and understand what vegan is. Although this place is listed as vegetarian, all of the meals are vegan or vegan optional (just choose soy instead of cow milk/yoghurt). Many vegan cookies available too (clearly labelled at the counter).

Popped in for a coffee with my parents stayed for lunch. Has recently been refurbished and is a lovely airy place to hang out great atmosphere with chilled music. The menu is only small but everything we had was excellent. I had the falafel sandwich which came with sweet potato chips mum and dad had the special curry all very tasty and great value. They had just finished baking a cheesecake which was lovely good sized biscuity base. I would highly recommend a visit staff and owner very friendly and great food. Oops sorry forgot we had some lovely home baked biscuits with our coffeee when we first arrived think that’s why we stayed for lunch.

Great new veggie restaurant in Pai! - Edit
This wonderful restaurant is run by a lovely couple and just opened in November 2018. It’s exciting to check out new veggie restaurants and support them starting off a new business. This place has great potential, especially as they are in the process of expanding their menu and I’m sure it will just get better and better over time. The tempeh tikka masala, Balinese gado gado and the raw vegan cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend eating here😄

Welcomes Ganita’s meat-free Cafe to the HappyCow community 😄
Read moreAt this moment, early December 2018, the Cafe just recently opened doors to the public and still offers a limited choice of dishes, but progresses towards a mature menu as weeks go by. For me, already proven uber delicious are the original Tempeh Tikka Massala and must-try Balinese Gado Gado. Tasty cakes, cookies, tea and coffee for lunch, and Ganita’s breakfast bowls are an all-day treat. The in-house bakery produces bread buns, bread rolls, bagels and her most famous pita breads.
The cafe is clean, fresh, and stylish with wood and plants inside, and is ready for sharing some laidback tasty times in Pai !
