Great samosas but no longer vegan - Edit
Operating both at this location and also with two stalls at the Walking Street night market. Two samosas are vegan, and they were great. However, the staff offered us a third option for a chicken samosa (NOT vegan chicken), stating that they offer it even though it isn't on the menu. Sounds like they have become vegan-peformative, and that they have compromised their values to accommodate for non-vegan customers. This is really disappointing.

Cheap simple and delicious - Edit
It says what it does on the tin. It's biodegradable take away. The samosas are more expensive than other spring rolls on the night market but totally worth it, as they are very crispy and not greasy. The sauce it comes with is spicy and rather than the bog standard bottled sweet chilli, it's hand made mint and coriander with a sublime flavour. They're perfect for breakfast the morning after too, as they retain their crispy delicious texture and flavour. They come in two flavours, potato and jackfruit. I did not like like jackfruit as I found it too bitter but the potato was amazing. The stall does one thing and it does it perfectly.

Cons: It's a stall, Limited menu, Take away only

Best Samosas in Pai - Edit
Food stand on walking street offering delicious vegan samosas. Traditional Indian style and a jackfruit/mushroom were the two options available. Both packed with flavour! The jack/shroom has a bit of kick but not too spicy. The owner is a pleasure to chat with and super friendly! Must try in Pai! #Veganuary

The stall isnt really big so a bit difficult to find. It's close to the spirit & jewelry bar.
