My Favorite Place Ever - Edit
I’m so in love with this place. They have the best grilled cheese and tomato soup I’ve ever had. The southwestern bowl and Saturn Rings tea were delicious. The lavender lemonade was the best ever (for that type of drink). But beyond the incredible food they have toys to distract little ones (so important for parents) and they sell jewelry and other art for different local vendors. Plus the decor and live plants is just lovely. I really am so happy about this place and look forward to going there every time I’m in St George (or passing through!).

Amazing! I love all the options and customizations and gluten free options! - Edit
I loved Gaia’s garden so much! I got the nachos and they were so amazing! So amazing the next day I was day dreaming about them! I also had the chia seed parfait and wow! So delicious! I stopped here on my road trip and I’m going to make this a regular stop when I’m close by! Loved it so much! My non vegan partner also loved this place!

Amazingly fresh and delicious - Edit
We dropped in here for lunch hoping the reviews were accurate. They were! This little place is run by a caring staff and served us some of the freshest, most tasty food we’ve had in some time. It’s so difficult to vacation in a new area and have to search for vegan cuisine. The owners of Gaia’s are committed to 100% vegan and of the four dishes we shared, every one was incredible. We will be coming back for more meals during our stay in the area.

Have stopped here 3X when passing through to Utah from AZ and it has been exceptional each time. Breakfast bowl and burritos are our favorites- coffee is rich and atmosphere is warm and friendly.

Great stop traveling from Zion to Las Vegas - Edit
Had their “roast beef sandwich” flavor was great but definitely could have used a bit more Seitan. My partner had a grilled cheese and tomato soup, and was very happy with the classic combo. We also shared the breakfast burrito. I loved it but my partner wasn’t a fan of the smoky flavor so if that’s not your thing go another way. We really enjoyed our time here overall. All the food is served in Togo fashion, but at least it’s fairly sustainable packaging.

Super Tasty Breakfast! - Edit
My fiance and I stopped here on the way to California. I was pleasantly surprised to find an all vegan restaurant in a smaller town. Even better, the food was amazing! The breakfast burrito was so tasty and flavorful! Loved the Sweet Waffles with blueberries, strawberries and agave. I don't often find places that serve vegan breakfast options. Will definitely stop by again on the way back!

nice breakfast - Edit
Stopped here on a road trip for breakfast, loved the atmosphere and the all vegan menu! I got the baked oatmeal with strawberries, bananas, & peanut butter drizzle, and it was super tasty. My parents (both meat-eaters) got the justEGG breakfast sandwiches and enjoyed them. I also got the Amethyst Bliss latte with oat milk, which was very good and had a strong lavender flavor. Overall, I would definitely stop here again!

Love love love! - Edit
I am from an area with very limited options so when I travel and see an all vegan place I have to stop. I ordered a blood orange iced tea, the roast beef sandwich, and a breakfast burrito. The roast beef sandwich was AMAZING! Seriously could have eaten a second. My sister in law got the nachos and avocado toast and she loved her stuff as well. I’ll definitely be back before we leave town next week.

Good breakfast burrito - Edit
Good, not great. We enjoyed the filling breakfast burrito, but it was lacking a bit in flavor. Hot sauce would have helped. Love that it’s an all vegan spot!

Good lunch stop - Edit
We stopped here for lunch when driving from CO to CA. Great find for a healthy lunch. Was this fabulous? No. I had the roast beef sandwich and my friend had the Buddha bowl. The flavor of each was a bit lackluster. Would I stop here again on a trip through town? Definitely.

Gaia’s Garden Cafe - a gift from the gods! - Edit
Wow - best vegan food I have tried in this area thus far Even if you are not vegan, vegetarian, you won’t be disappointed at offerings. Nachos to roast beef (made with seitan) sandwiches. Delicious coffee and tea signature drinks named names after constellations. Great gift shop to buy locally! Funky, yet bright atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating.

That BREAD - Edit
I got a Budda Sandwich and it was amazing. I swear it weighed 3 pounds! I don't know if they make the bread in-house, but YUM! I'll stop by anytime I come to visit St. George.

Beyond delicious! - Edit
I've eaten at vegan restaurants all over the world and I have to say that Gaia's is at the very top of the list!! Super impressively delicious and nutritious food. We're only in town for two days and we're stopping by again tomorrow before we leave town to try a few more items. The nachos were seriously better than non-vegan nachos, the hummus plate presented an array of flavors, and the egg-sandwich was photographed by us carefully with hopes we can replicate it at home😉 Unlikely - clearly, these chefs are masterful at simple vegan food!!

yummy vegan brunch - Edit
after a few days of camping at Sand Hollow my friends and I were craving some tasty plant-based food... Gaia’s was a lucky find! I got their savory waffle and loved the spicy kick to the gravy. Other friends got the Mediterranean rice bowl and the breakfast sandwich— everything was delicious and I appreciated the filling portions. Dining is either pick-up or outdoor seating, but there are sprinklers misting patrons in the outdoor seating area so we hardly noticed the St George heat
