Wondeful full vegan spot - Edit
So excited to stumble on a fully vegan spot in St George. I had a roast beef sandwich on ciabatta, which was amazing, a chai which was nice and spicy and got to sit around and enjoy the space. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area

Delicious vegan eats - Edit
We went to Gaia’s Garden cafe for lunch and were impressed with their fresh, delicious sandwiches and baked goods. We tried the BLT, grilled cheese, soup, nachos, banana bread, and Bundt cake. We liked everything, but the banana bread is especially amazing!

Nice place - Edit
Gaia’s is the only plant based place in town. The food is tasty. Not a large menu, mostly has drinks. A little on the pricey side. We paid $32 for two breakfast burritos and two iced teas. The patio is nice to sit on when the weather is beautiful. Not much parking, you may have to park on the street. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Nachos are great - Edit
The loaded nachos are a great portion size and yummy. The Thai Tea cake was good but a little dry and the roast beef thing wasn't great. But love that it's all vegan, wish they'd swap the hummus option and roast beef sandwich for something more unique you can't get elsewhere or make similar from the grocery store.

Good Açaí Bowls - Edit
Nice Cafe and good Açaí Bowls. The one with the peanut butter could have been a smidgen sweeter. Kitchen staff was very friendly. The staff at the counter didn’t seem to be in the mood for conversation today. 😅

Brunch & Vegan Comfort Foods - Edit
I’ve been here several times, and enjoy their vegan comfort foods as a treat. Sometimes they’ll have a dessert item like a muffin or cookie for sale by the register. Also, they have other gifts for sale in the store. If ordering to-go, make sure to give them your credit card info over the phone? I like the water dispenser with ice available on those hot summer mornings. Got to be diligent about closing the door on those days. The only thing I wish they had more of is: more afternoon hours available. Would hands down go again!

Great vegan eats. - Edit
The food was fresh and delicious. The portions were a bit small but that’s normal for a cafe. I spent an afternoon doing work in the restaurant and the staff was very kind and welcoming. Dog friendly. And I’d definitely return.

Zen - Edit
The patio was the perfect place to enjoy our meal and the day. The Southwest Salad, with roasted corn, was light but filling. Would definitely order it again.
Read moreWe really enjoyed the tangy notes of the tomato basil soup. Not sweet and kind of creamy with fresh strips of basil; served with sourdough.
For the hummus plate, the hummus needed a little more flavor for me, loved the dolmas served warm, and that it was served with veggies, pita and olives.
Wish they had kombucha and more desserts!
Pros: Patio seating, Good food

Driving through and ordered ahead. The food is good but I should have checked my order by opening everything up. We had ordered a BLT and Breakfast Burrito. We paid for avocado on each but neither one came with it.
