Happy Birthday to Me! - Edit
My sweet angel of a boyfriend ordered me one of their custom birthday cakes and it was fantastic! I'm usually not the biggest fan of gluten free flour, but this one was actually pretty good. Even though they had several cake orders to fulfill, they still accepted our's and were able to meet us for pick up. Such great customer service!

Funshine has amazing baked goods. Everything is allergen friendly and so delicious. I had the chance to try them at Mesa Farmer’s Market & I can’t wait to get more goodies from them in the future.

Funshine bakery exudes joy with their offerings and service. I love that everything is vegan and free of other commonly avoided ingredients. For my first purchase I enjoyed a doughnuts variety pack and rice crispy treats. Everyone I shared with was impressed by how fresh and flavorful everything was even days after purchase. (Not that it took us long to eat them all up!) I appreciate the unique story of Funshine and that novelty, hard to find, vegan items are available like rice crispy treats, marshmallow shapes, and toffee. It’s convenient and fun to purchase at the farmer’s market as well. Thanks Funshine!
