Had a vegan dog here and it was sooo good. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, too. Can’t wait to go back and try their vegan chili cheese dog!

Hot Dog!

They don’t have what I would call lots of options, but they can do a vegan hot dog, and have vegan cheese to make chilli cheese fries which were all kinds of awesome.

Delicious vegan hot dogs! I was scared how real it looked! Taste was amazing. Ingredients were fresh. 6$ for a small hot dog but worth it. I could eat about 10 of them!

A+ vegan dogs and beer, cool atmosphere

Place is really cool, service was great. Great vegan hotdogs with tons of beer / drink options. Waffle fries. Open late! Has a real cool “vibe” seems like a real cool /fancy/hip place to be selling hotdogs.

Pros: great service , good prices , hotdog buns have those little black dots on them

vegan dog and cool beers

Visited for a quick bite and a cool beer. Liked the chilled out atmosphere on a Sunday evening.
They had run out of the vegan buns so I had my vegan sausage with curry sauce, waffle fries and arugula instead, which worked well. The curry sauce was quite spicy, unlike the German equivalent.
Also got money off the bill and a coupon to use on a Hot Dog with vegan bun.
Very attentive and friendly service.

very cool place

Vegan dog - all the way. Love the atmosphere and music. Came during SXSW when attending the conference. Staff friendly and accommodating. Wish I could give 5 stars.

Great vegan hot dog!

After a very stressful time walking around Austin in the blazing hot sun trying to find something I could actually eat, we came across this place. It was amazing. The service was really helpful and friendly and I actually had the best vegan hot dog ever. I also had waffle fries with vegan cheese (!!!) and was probably the most happy excited person on the planet. I know it's not a veggie restaurant, so I can't give it 5 stars - but I would if I could.

Pros: Vegan food, great service, actual vegan cheese

Cons: Serves meat

positive vibes.

I loved the atmosphere here, super chill and fun. While Happy Cow boasts about a separate vegan menu, it was really just a hot dog substitution. Even with multiple additions, it still tasted like a vegan hotdog. That was the only flavor I got, even with chili on top. They also were out of vegan cheese which was disappointing. On a more positive note, the cocktail was amazing and the waffle fries were on point. Our waitress was an attentive sweetheart.

Cons: 1 vegan option

Decent place downtown

Pretty good spot downtown, which some days can feel a little dry for vegan lunches, However, once you've been here once or twice you're going to get bored of the Chicago vegan dog (which is good). The chili cheese waffle fries are really good, and we've shared them with omni friends and they dig them as well. Decent beer selection, and apparently Elijah Wood DJ'd here last SXSW.

Pros: Cool spot downtown, cool for guests, Chili cheese waffle fries, Good beer

Cons: Vegan selection feels a bit limited

One of my favs

I'm a local Austin Vegan with plenty of meat eating friends and family. This place pleases everyone. From the tasty cocktails to the vegetarian/vegan brunch options to the vegan hot dogs, it's always been a fantastic experience.

Pros: Location in downtown Austin, Vegan options, Vegetarian section on the menu

Cons: Parking can be scarce at busy times
