Great vegan options - Edit
So pleased to find somewhere w a variety of vegan options. My 8 year old was delighted w his moving mountain burger and declared this his favourite restaurant in the world.
Read moreI also had the burger w sweet potato fries which was lovely although the vegan mayo was a little bland.
Great value for money.
Vegan ice cream for pudding! My kids was happy!

Great vegan brekkie! - Edit
We definitely weren't expecting to find somewhere offering a big 'full monty' vegan breakfast whilst out travelling through the little villages of Northumberland but were so glad we stopped in here.
Read moreBreakfast was 3 sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and toast which was plenty to keep us going. We also had 2 oat lattes and the bill came to a pretty decent £22 exactly.
We asked for a little bowl of water for our dog and they bought it over with our drinks which was very sweet!
Pros: Sausages were lovely, Oat latte was lovely, Dog friendly - a bonus!

Nice yet slightly expensive lunch - Edit
Enjoyed the fact we had choice on the menu. My partner had a vegan burger with cheese and I had the jacket potato with beans and cheese. Each came with coleslaw. Burger was served with chips and the jacket was served with a side salad. Was a nice lunch overall although service was slow, it was however busy and a Bank Holiday.

Cons: Over priced for lunch time

Helpful Staff - Edit
Was looking for something to takeaway for a hike. Staff quickly directed us to a yummy vegan CLT (Cheese, lettuce and tomato) sandwich with mayo. They conveniently wrapped it in cling film rather than boxed and popped in a well sealed tub of vegan coleslaw too. Very chunky and tasty sandwiches and only charged £4.00 each.

Good vegan choices, friendly and helpful staff - Edit
We had 3 vegan orders on our table. A sausage and cheesy bean panini and a vegetable ragu and vegan cheese panini. Both came with vegan coleslaw and side salad and chips. The third meal was an all day vegan breakfast. All three meals were good quality, good price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a number of items on the menu which were either labelled vegan or could be adapted e.g. anything with sausage or cheese could be a vegan version. Also a vegan chocolate cake was on the menu but I was too full!

A lovely find - Edit
Really pleased to have found this lovely cafe after a long day of walking in the Otterburn Ranges. I had a very tasty Moving Mountains burger with fries, salad and coleslaw and finished it off with a slice of ‘Jaffa cake’ cake.

Great options in an area where we struggled to find good vegan food. - Edit
We happened on this by chance after seeing a blackboard advertising the cafe which stated it was dog friendly and had vegan ice cream - perfect! Turned out to be a lovely clean, bright cafe with a good amount of vegan options. The menu states they have vegan sausages and vegan cheese so most breakfasts can be made vegan. Two of our group ordered sausage and bean toasties and were delighted to find that they came with chips and vegan coleslaw. It is also open some evenings with moving mountains burgers and pizzas on the menu.
Read moreUpdate - we went back for dinner and the burgers and pizza were great. The only dessert option available was a flapjack which we decided to take away and have for breakfast the following day. They were amazing, can’t remember what they were called but delicious, moist, with pistachio, other nuts and fruit and topped with chocolate chips and flowers. So pretty and very tasty!
