Tofu on a small Maine town menu!

Vegan options in a little seaside town in Maine are scant, especially off season. I was thrilled, therefore, to discover that this local brewery was (a) open and (b) had vegan offerings. The menu had attractive offerings for carnivores and vegetarians, but it also had a spicy tofu sandwich and a grain bowl with the option of adding spicy tofu. I opted for the latter and unfortunately they were out of tofu. But the grain bowl was very good with quinoa, rice, black beans, avocado, brussels sprouts, carrots and a spicy cumin dressing.
