a few more main meal options like a black bean burger/tofu tacos would be nice, choices r pretty limited

My partner had eaten at Mine Oyster in April 2017, and had a huge delicious salad with tofu. He had been in Boothbay Harbor all winter, and raved about the salad as the best vegan option in BBH. Unfortunately when we returned yesterday for lunch, the menu had changed for the summer season, and the only vegan entree option was the arugula salad with no protein. The salad was tasty enough with crumbled cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, and a nice vinaigrette. I also ordered the house-pickled cucumbers which were delicious, but I would not return for another meal of the same. Staff seemed to indicate that no further vegetarian choices would be on the horizon.
