Esk is a dream come true

Set under the canopy of a giant redwood our stay in Esk became a magical experience. Beautiful interior with everything we needed including an outdoor kitchen and shower. We shall be back for rest and recovery from our busy lives. Thank you

Pros: Location in peaceful woods, Great vegan vibe, Attention to detail

Magical location and wonderful hosts

A beautiful retreat that offers peace and privacy, without being too far away from local towns & villages.

An amazing experience that should be on anyone's travel bucket list. Cooking in an outdoor kitchen with wonderful scenery and sleeping cosily under the stars whilst kept warm by a log fire. It was in the low single digit temperature outside when we stayed but were very comfortable and warm inside.

The hosts couldn't have been nicer, regularly checking in with us without being intrusive to see if we had all that we needed.

The peace, tranquility and magical vibe of the place will have us returning soon in the future.

Pros: Location, Accomodation, Hosts

Fairytale location

This place is like somewhere out of a fairytale and has been the most wonderful experience. We were greeted by an abundance of snowdrops lining the path to the yurt entrance. The Yurt is set amongst beautiful woodland alongside a sweet little meadow. Inside it is cosy and welcoming and even though we visited in March, we were lovely and warm throughout. The log fire was easy to maintain, created a beautiful ambience inside and seeing the smoke from the fire gently flowing from the outside added to the overall beauty.
I absolutely loved cookging in the outdoor kitchen, hearing the sounds of nature from all around and the patter of rain on the overhead cover. We ate outside at the table, lit by tea lights. It was such a sweet and unique experience. Whilst making a cup of tea in the morning, a pheasant landed on the meadow!
The hosts are fabulous and have been truly welcoming. This is reflected in the love and care that has clearly gone in to creating such a beautiful, peaceful space.
I offer the highest recommendation and am already excited to stay here again.

Pros: Unique experience , Warm and cosy, Beautiful outdoor kitchen
