Decent Veggie Options

The Erik's franchise always has a couple of vegetarian (and veganizable if you remove cheese and ask about sauces) sandwiches, and they're decent and made with fresh ingredients (and piles of sprouts), but they're not really something to write home about. I think I'd be a bigger fan if they had something that was a bit more than just veggies and cheese, or even if they had sautéed mushrooms (they only add raw ones to sandwiches, and I don't like raw mushrooms).

My husband tells me their other sandwiches are really good, and this is his favorite spot to grab a sandwich for lunch when he's working from home, so probably a good place to go if you're looking for sandwiches with a mixed crowd.

Cons: Uninspired Veg Options
