Pretty decent vegan burger

They have one vegan burger. Tasted like Beyond meat. The bun was good, they assured me it was a vegan bread (vegan brioche according to their website though traces of milk/egg possible). It came with vegan cheese, arugula, and tomato plus some kind of aioli. Overall good for a burger.

The fries were plentiful but not particularly great. Most were on the soft side.

We were denied a request to sit in a booth despite being the only diners since we were only 2, and instead seated right in the middle of the empty restaurant. Within 45 minutes the place was unbearably loud due to a large group but still with empty booths and other duos occupying booths. Luck of the draw I guess.

Hopefully you're enjoying a better, more vegan-friendly restaurant while in Sevilla but this works in a pinch if you're nearby. I appreciate that they put in the effort to have a fully vegan option available.
