The egg in the hole was veganized! The bacon was subbed with smoked tempeh, the egg with vegan cheese and the mayo I chose to sub it with beetroot hummus but could of chose pesto at Empire Coffee in Nelson

Best vegan muffins in town

Best muffins in town for sure, thought the GF ones with choc chips all the choc chips fall to the bottom 😅 still delicious though! Also their oat chai tea latte is awesome, pretty sweet though in case you’re not a sweet tooth

Empire Coffee never fails to make my vegan tummy happy!

My fave coffee shop, even though I’m a tea drinker! They serve a different variety of vegan treats and savouries that change daily. The vegan walnut and apple muffin is to die for. They also have non dairy milks to put in teas/coffees.

Pros: Vegan treats, Vegan savouries , Reasonably priced

Cons: They do serve non vegan stuff as well, Hubby not keen on the coffee
