Chickpea Fritters

It can be difficult to find vegan options during a road trip. Eliza’s is right off 95 making it super convenient. The owner is very friendly and said she’ll open a brick and mortar store in June. The chickpea fritters were Shark Tank worthy! So good!!!

great vegan option!

Can we just take a second to appreciate the sauces? So much flavor! I’ve worked my way thru the menu in a week-everything is amazing and the prices are reasonable! Obviously I’m hooked!!!

Delicious highway surprise

Driving south on 95 and thankfully Happy Cow saved the day for dinner. Such an unexpected surprise to find this food truck outside a gas station. The owner was amazing and the food is fantastic! Ordered the rib sandwich and bbq drumsticks. Both were amazing. Highly recommend!!

Pros: Very tasty , Affordable , All vegan goodness!

Excellent

Vegan comfort food and fresh salad too. Definitely check this food truck out. Yum!

Cons: Plastic containers , Isn’t open 24 hours, Won’t follow me to the next stop on my road trip

BEST VEGAN FOOD!!!!

BEST VEGAN FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN!!!!!! I have been vegan for 5 years and never had a vegan burger sooooo good!!!! The owner was Amazing!!! So kind and Full of energy!!! Will be coming back everytime I'm in Florence!!!! If you are looking for some good vegan food, This is Definitely the place to go!!!

Wow that was Amazing!

I’m not vegan, but that was one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted! I will be returning!

So Good- Hard to believe its Vegan

We were on an East Coast road trip and made Eliza's Vegan Cafe a must stop! The Double Bacon Cheese burger was amazing. Kids had Chicken nugget meal and a Drumstick meal - every last bite was eaten. The Avacado Chickpea wrap delicious 😋. Such a great treat in Florence SC. Oh and the homemade juice was fantastic!!

Pros: Variety of food, Something for everyone, Friendly staff

Cons: A bit pricey, Need more trucks up and down the Coast :-)

The drumsticks tho!!!

Came here from Rhode Island and the food didn’t disappoint. Fully vegan, great flavor, amazing owner. The drumsticks are a must try!!! The location is also great, there’s a restroom, outdoor eating area and everything you could need.

Definitely recommend!!!

Good, easy access

The food at elizas is very good - we were torn between chicken sandwich and fish sandwich, so we got both. The chicken sandwich has a honey mustard-like sauce that was really good, and the fish was also excellent. Of the two, we did prefer the chicken though appreciated the fish as a change of pace. I didn’t order any sides because it wasn’t clear if it would come with fries, but neither of these sandwiches did. Also in another review I read that the portions were huge which I did not find to be the case. We were both still hungry so in the future we would definitely order fries. But overall great food, great prices, and close to 95. It’s hard to find any vegan food in this area on a road trip up/down 95, so stop while you can.

Thanks for your honest assessment! Just so you know, there are 3 chicken sandwiches that we offer. The Colossal and Spicy Chicken sandwiches are extremely HUGE. You purchased the Classic Chicken sandwich, which is average in size. Same with the fish. However, you enjoyed the sandwiches, so that means more to me than anything! Please return soon! :-)

Seriously the best cheesecake I’ve ever had!

I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it’s enough to feed four people😄so don’t think because it’s a vegan place that you’re getting a small portions!! also got cheesecake but I can’t remember the last time I could have it due to a dairy allergy and I’m SO GLAD I DID! Try the Fresh juice too.

Pros: Entirely vegan!!, Friendly staff, Best dessert

Great food

Today was my first time trying Elizas and even though they were closed they still served me and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the fish and chicken sandwich and they both were fresh and full of flavor. I only wish I stopped when I first saw the truck so I could’ve ordered more items. I’m not a vegan but I do appreciate and know great food. Please consider traveling to Sumter..

Where do I begin. The truck itself is a vibe. The people who greet you when you pullup are so nice and welcoming. I ordered like half the menu and i ate there last night and im still dreaming about it. The bacon cheese burger combo is top tier after that its the fish sammich then the chicken basket which is tied w the chickpea fritters and the rjb sammich is life changing the bread is fresh the food is fresh the fries are crack the limeade and pina colada is crack. The people are great there is nothing here that isn’t gonna blow ur palette to a new dimension. If you have the time to swing by this great establishment I highly recommend.

Love it!

I've gotten food from Eliza's Vegan Cafe almost every week since she opened! I plan to try everything on the menu. The food is always amazing, large portion sizes, and service is quick. If you are passing through Florence, make sure you check out Eliza's Vegan Cafe! You won't be disappointed!

WHEN U SEE THE TRUCK GO EAT

Literally the best vegan spot we have and shes on wheels, friendly little lady and ill def be coming back each time i see her !

Eliza’s, The First To Ever Do It.

First things first.... the customer service is AWESOME! The owner makes it her business to get to know her customers. Next, the food is Hot, and Fresh EVERY time! She makes it on the spot. She also has fresh fruit drinks made daily from scratch and sells out of them, so you’d better get there sooner than later...😊 I will ALWAYS patronize this business.
